SARAJEVO, Jan 7 (Hina) - The international community's High Representative in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Wolfgang Petritsch, has appointed a Norwegian judge Finn Lynghjem the new head of the regional Office of the High Representative in
Mostar. According to a statement issued by Petritsch's office in Sarajevo on Friday, Lynghjem has had an exceptional career in the Norwegian judiciary and has cooperated for quite some time with international organisations as an expert on the democratisation of judicial systems. Over the past several years Lynghjem has worked as the chief judge at the Electoral Appeals Sub-Commission within the OSCE Mission in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Lynghjem will take over his office on January 10, replacing the German diplomat Richard Ellerkmann.(hina) rml
