PULA, Jan 28 (Hina) - Following Thursday's police questioning at the Zagreb County Court Investigative Centre, Croatia's former Tourism Minister Ivan Herak was taken to the Istria County police in Pula under police escort in the
evening. If it proves true that he committed the criminal act he is suspected of, Herak will be taken before the Pula County Court investigating judge around noon today. Herak and his deputy Toni Golik were taken to the police for an interview around 2 p.m. yesterday, shortly after members of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) government were relieved of their duties. Attorneys Silvije Degen and Boro Radic were present at the Zagreb police building but they did not want to give any comments.
