The working groups will function as bodies which will unite projects, funds and personnel, which were so far led by various international agencies and organisations, without much coordination. According to some announcements, the total number of international staff currently working on the implementation of the civil part of the Dayton Agreement in Bosnia would be reduced by at least 30 percent by 2003.
