the completion of its mandate to be drawn up. At Thursday's session the government adopted two conclusions about the OSCE mission mandate in Croatia. The government requests that the actions of the OSCE focus on concrete projects of return for refugees and displaced persons, strengthening of democracy and the development of the civil society. Positive changes which occurred in the past year and a half should result in the decrease of coordinating centres and the mission's personnel in Croatia, the government believes.
