BELGRADE, Nov 20 (Hina) - The chairman of Serbia's and Yugoslavia's commission for Kosovo has said Yugoslavia will seek international assistance if "terrorist activities resume" in the municipalities of Bujanovac, Presevo, and
Medvedja in southern Serbia. Yugoslavia is a member of the world anti-terrorist coalition and will seek assistance, Nebojsa Covic told a Bujanovac radio station on Tuesday. He reacted to a statement an Albanian group, calling itself Eastern Kosovo's Liberation Army, delivered to the Belgrade seat of the French news agency AFP on Monday, announcing conflicts would resume in southern Serbia. Covic is confident "nobody among the honest" people in the Serb, Albanian or other communities in southern Serbia want that. The Beta news agency claims local Albanians in the three municipalities are being called to join in an armed uprising aimed at annexing the area to Kosovo.(hina) ha
