The Commission for Kosovo was headed by Momcilo Trajkovic who opposed Kosovo Serbs voting in the past elections, and as president of the Serb Resistance Movement from Kosovo (SPOT), he led his party in an anti-campaign to the state's call for Serbs to vote in the poll.(hina) lml
