PODGORICA, Oct 23 (Hina) - A survey conducted by the Podgorica-based Damar agency for the Montenegrin government shows 47.7 percent of Montengrin citizens would support Montenegro's independence in a referendum, 37.9 percent would
vote against, five percent would be undecided, and 9.4 percent would abstain. The Podgorica media report that the survey, conducted between September 27 and October 4, shows 62.4 percent of Montenegro's citizens believe Serbian citizens should also hold a referendum on future relations between Serbia and Montenegro, i.e. Serbia's status, while 13.6 percent are against it.(hina) np
