BELGRADE, Oct 5 (Hina) - Belgrade's struggle to preserve the joint federation of Serbia and Montenegro "will not stop", Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica said, adding no politician in the two republics was given the mandate to
"break up Yugoslavia." The statement was made at a news conference for domestic and foreign reporters on Friday, which was announced as a regular press conference, although it coincided with the first anniversary of the toppling of Slobodan Milosevic's regime. "The citizens of Montenegro can win the struggle for Yugoslavia. Serbian citizens have to win the struggle against irresponsible parties, politicians and individuals who were plotting with Montenegrin separatists and supporting separatism in Serbia," Kostunica believes. Kostunica slammed the DOS coalition, which his party is a member of, because it is acting like a "political bureau". He described the economic situation in the country
