BELGRADE, Sept 27 (Hina) - Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica on Thursday reiterated that a representative of the federal government must participate in possible talks on redefining Serbia-Montenegro relations "because any other solution would represent support to the standpoint that the federal state does not exist." In a short address to the nation, which was broadcast live by the state television, Kostunica accused the Montenegrin leadership of secessionism, stressing the coalition comprising Serbia's DOS and Montenegro's "Together for Yugoslavia" would support the standpoint on the participation of representatives of the federal government in possible talks on Yugoslavia's future.
