another 10 years at a ceremony in Pula on Wednesday. Under the contract, the Pula shipyard will have the right to produce and market all types of two-stroke low-speed diesel engines with the power ranging between 1,600 and 70,000 kilowatt. 'Uljanik' signed its first contract with MAN in 1953, thus becoming the second producer of MAN engines according to the Burmeister & Wein licence, the first company being Japan's Mitsui.(hina) rml
