BELGRADE, Sept 20 (Hina) - The president of the Yugoslav and Serbian state coordination for Kosovo and the South of Serbia, Nebojsa Covic, on Thursday said "there are terrorist groups in the South of Serbia which are prepared to carry out attacks in Belgrade as well," and directly accused the groups of last week's terrorist attacks on the US. While visiting the South of Serbia, Covic said such information "is available to the Serbian government, but it still needs to be verified." He said that information at hand pointed to the existence of an Albanian paramilitary formation called "Kobra", under the command of a person of the name Kushqedra (Dragon). Covic added that UNMIK and KFOR international troops would be asked to initiate an investigation and arrest members of the paramilitary organisation.
