the entire world." "We are appalled! There are no words one could use to condemn such an act of terrorism," Kostunica said in Podgorica during his meeting with Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic. Our notion of terrorism will obviously have to change, Kostunica said, warning "the region we live in is exposed to the threat of terrorism as well."
