MILOSEVIC'S HEALTH CONDITION "ABSOLUTELY SATISFACTORY" -- MINISTER

BELGRADE, April 12 (Hina) - Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic on Thursday said that Slobodan Milosevic's health condition was "absolutely satisfactory" submitting a medical report of a doctors' team under which the heart of the detained former Yugoslav President had not been damaged. Batic told reporters that the doctors' team said Milosevic had high blood pressure. Milosevic had been transferred to hospital at the request of his wife Mira Markovic. Around 11 pm on Wednesday, Milosevic was taken to the Centre for Military Medicine after doctors in Belgrade's prison diagnosed him as having a serious heart condition. Batic said that in line with a standard procedure, Milosevic will be in the hospital during the next two days, after which he will be transferred back to his prison cell.(hina) it
