ZAGREB, April 12 (Hina) - The State Prosecutor's Office in Zagreb on Thursday issued and forwarded to the Zagreb County Court an indictment against retired generals Vladimir Zagorac and Matko Kakarigi, retired colonel Juraj Vojkovic,
a former vice-president of the Zagreb City Assembly, Antun Sporer, and Leo Kurent of the Split-based company 'Gradjenje', who are charged with causing damage to the Defence Ministry worth more than one million kuna. The indictment refers to cases of embezzlement of funds for the construction of flats for the families of war victims. The Defence Ministry secured the funds and the flats were not completed or their construction did not even begin.(hina) sb rml
