ZAGREB, April 6 (Hina) - Croatian Justice, Government and Local Self-Government Minister Stjepan Ivanisevic on Friday appointed Supreme Court Judge Stanko Hautz as the acting Supreme Court President, the Minister's Cabinet said in a
statement. Hautz was appointed as a Supreme Court judge in 1989. Croatian President Stipe Mesic on Thursday signed a motion under which attorney Ivica Crnic, former Supreme Court judge and Justice Minister, is to be appointed as the Supreme Court President.
