BELGRADE, April 6 (Hina) - The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) Secretary, Hans Holthuis, confirmed on Friday he had handed an arrest warrant and indictment for the already detained former Yugoslav
President Slobodan Milosevic to Yugoslav Justice Minister Momcilo Grubac. Grubac promised he would personally serve them to Milosevic, ICTY official said after talks with Grubac in Belgrade on Friday. The international warrant for Milosevic's arrest was issued on May 24, 1999, when he and his closest four associates were accused of crimes against humanity over Kosovo Albanians. Holthuis said he had received useful information on a new Yugoslav law on cooperation with the ICTY which will enable the transfer of Yugoslav citizens to The Hague.
