Yugoslavia regarding its responsibility," adding the responsibility led to "the payment of war reparations to Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina before the International Tribunal of Justice (ITJ) in The Hague". Beljanski told Belgrade's news agency Beta it was clear Yugoslavia could be held accountable before the ITJ, should the investigation show that the country provided assistance in wars outside its territory via official bodies.
