MOSTAR MOSTAR, March 3 (Hina) - The Croat People's Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina began in the southern town of Mostar on Saturday. It is expected to propose adopting a decision on the establishment of a transitional
self-government of Bosnian regions where the Croats are in the majority. The assembly is expected to discuss the political climate in Bosnia after the November 2000 general election and a draft platform of a possible internal organisation of Bosnia. It has been officially announced the assembly will consider a draft decision on the establishment of an inter-cantonal/inter-municipal council as a form of Bosnian Croat self-government.
