The Rijeka County Court is conducting war crimes proceedings against Tihomir Oreskovic, Ivica Rozic, Martin Markovic, Joso Miletic and Ivan Jovanovic. Oreskovic is suspected of ordering and the others of participating in the execution of about 40 unidentified Serbs in the Gospic area in October 1991. (hina) sb rml
