Mirko Norac."
Confirming that some witnesses accused Norac of participating in

Zadnik said "the State Prosecutor's Office did not hide anything

which the execution of abducted Gospic Serbs had allegedly been
ordered, and of commanding a group of soldiers whom he issued with
execution orders.
The Rijeka County Court is conducting war crimes proceedings
against Tihomir Oreskovic, Ivica Rozic, Martin Markovic, Joso
Miletic and Ivan Jovanovic. Oreskovic is suspected of ordering and
the others of participating in the execution of about 40
