ZAGREB, Dec 12 (Hina) - Croatian Justice Minister Ingrid Anticevic-Marinovic said at a regional conference in Italy that by ratifying U.N.'s convention on combating organised crime, Croatia had once again expressed readiness to work
on the successful prevention of this form of crime together with the international community, the Justice Ministry said on Thursday.

Marinovic said at a regional conference in Italy that by ratifying
U.N.'s convention on combating organised crime, Croatia had once
again expressed readiness to work on the successful prevention of
this form of crime together with the international community, the

Anticevic-Marinovic is taking part in the conference of central and
east European countries on the U.N. convention against
transnational organised crime which is being held on Sicily on
December 12-14, in the organisation of the Italian Justice
Ministry.
In her speech, the Croatian justice minister confirmed Croatia's
readiness to cooperate, particularly with neighbouring countries
in the region, in the struggle against organised crime.
