The U.N. investigators were against Davor Ljubanovic's presence at
the interview, which surprised the representative of the
government's office for cooperation with the Hague tribunal, said
Sanja Kos of the government's public relations office.
She added the government would contact the office of the tribunal's
prosecutor to clarify the situation.
The spokeswoman for the prosecutor's office, Florence Hartmann,
has declined to comment.
