The subject matter of the one-day conference, which started in the
Sheraton Hotel in Zagreb, is the adjustment of national legislation
to changes on the labour market.
The conference pooled the Italian labour and social welfare
minister, Roberto Maroni, the Hungarian state secretary for social
welfare and family issues, Gyula Paulay, and the Slovene labour and
social welfare minister, Vlado Dimovski, besides their Croatian
counterpart Vidovic.
In 2002 Croatia is chairing this group.
