Court. #L#
Being questioned by the council of judges, presided by Judge Ika
Saric, some of the witnesses said they had no knowledge of the
abduction of Serb civilians in the Gospic area during the war.
Some conveyed what they had heard from others, as they had no first-
hand knowledge about the abductions.
The trial will resume on Thursday with the testimonies of experts
from the Rijeka-based forensic institute who will speak about the
autopsies carried out on the bodies exhumed from the Debelo Brdo
graveyard near Udbina.
This refers to civilians killed at Lipova Glavica in October 1991.
Defendants Tihomir Oreskovic, Ivica Rozic, Mirko Norac, Stjepan
Grandic and Milan Canic, who is the only one released from custody
to defend himself in freedom, are charged with the murder of those
victims.
