The parliament passed a law under which the government is
authorised to regulate issues in parliament's jurisdiction while
the parliament is not in session.
MPs ratified a European convention on preventing terrorism, a
European convention on landscapes and a free trade agreement
between Croatia and Turkey.
A law on humanitarian assistance was endorsed in the first
reading.
The parliament also adopted a decision on the continuation of the
participation of Croatian military observers in a peace mission in
Sierra Leone and a report of the Central Bureau of Statistics.
