A statement issued by Osijek County Prosecutor Davor Petricevic,
says that the two men are suspected of having killed 19 Serb
civilians in the village of Paulin Dvor on 11 December 1991 when
they as members of the 130 reserve brigade of the Croatian army
entered a house in Paulin Dvor and killed the 19 villagers.
The investigative charges note that on that day, they were on
recreation leave and were off duty but apparently due to revenge for
the death of their comrades, they went into a house in Paulin Dvor,
armed with fire arms and hand grenades and there they killed the
civilians located in the house and as such acted in opposition to
regulations of international law.
