The panel of judges in Kosovska Mitrovica acquitted Stevo Zigic,
who had been accused of killing an Albanian in the 2000 unrest in
Kosovska Mitrovica.
Serbs from northern part of the town yesterday rallied demanding
Zigic's release.
The panel of judges in Prizren acquitted Sasa Grkovic from
Orahovac, who had been accused of war crimes against Albanians in
the village of Celjina near Orahovac during the conflict in the
province in 1999.
