BELGRADE, Sept 4 (Hina) - The Serbian government on Wednesday formed a council for European integration. The task of the council is to promote the efficiency of institutions, legislators and the whole society in the process of joining
the European Union, said the council's head, Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic.

Djindjic expects negotiations with the European Union on a
Stabilisation and Association Agreement to start by the end of the
year, and that relations between Serbia and Montenegro will be
settled by then.
