This has been the third incursion of Slovenian fishermen this
week.
Immediately upon receiving the information about the Slovenian
boats in the Croatian waters, the patrol boats from Umag sailed to
the scene.
At about 09.00 am one Slovenian fishing boat left the Croatian
waters, while the other remained there until about 01.00 pm, the
same source reported.
During Saturday's incident, Slovenian maritime police did not
intervene. Slovenian patrol boats accompanied the fishing boats
during the previous two incidents on Monday and Thursday when the
Slovenian police claimed that there were no incursions in the
Croatian sea.
