Budak has the right to ask something like that, Racan said adding
that he felt sorry about it, as he believed that Budak was a man
capable of carrying out an important reform in high schooling
system and science.
The PM designate said he would still insist on an independent
nominee for this post.
Racan admitted there were other new candidates for the science
minister, but declined to comment on them.
The PM designate expressed confidence that the job about the set-up
of the new cabinet would be over on Sunday afternoon when he should
continue talks with the political partners.
