HR-POLITICS-Politika BRIEF NEWS BULLETIN IN ENGLISH NO.4688 HINA Zagreb, 23 July 2002 PREMIER DESIGNATE: NEW GOVT TO BE CONFIRMED MONDAY OR TUESDAYZAGREB, July 23 (Hina) - A vote of confidence in a new government is postponed until early next week, premier designate and president of Social Democrats (SDP) Ivica Racan said on Monday evening following a session the SDP presidency. The new government will not be confirmed by parliament on Friday, July 26, as it had been announced, but most probably on Monday or Tuesday or by the end of this month at the latest, Racan said. He added the public would be informed of members of the new government then. He said he would inform his coalition partners of a draft programme of the new government tomorrow. Racan said the programme would be precise and concrete and transparent. The programme basically includes ten items relating to ongoing reforms and development projects which the government intends to successfully complete, as well as several new
