fragmentation missiles which caused a thick smoke curtain and surprised swimmers and residents of nearby Resnik, who notified the police.

Force (SFOR) helicopter flew low over Kastela Bay, a kilometre from
the SFOR military base at Divulje near Split, firing several
fragmentation missiles which caused a thick smoke curtain and
surprised swimmers and residents of nearby Resnik, who notified the

Flight control officials at Resnik airport said today the
overflight had been announced, however, the SFOR was not obliged to
provide information on details of its flights.
The same source said SFOR helicopters were probably emptying their
smoke reservoirs, which they do on a regular basis.
Hina could not obtain any information on the event at the SFOR base
at Divulje.
