Explaining the request, Socialist People's Party (SNP) vice-
president Zoran Zizic told reporters that "Djukanovic has been
entered into the register of persons under investigation" and that
"this is no longer a matter of media speculation, but an official
act of the competent judicial body of the neighbouring country".
Andrija Mandic, a senior official of the Serb People's Party (SNS),
which is a member of the pro-Yugoslav coalition, said that if
Djukanovic failed to respond to the request, the coalition would
"initiate the procedure of his replacement".
