In a letter to Justice Minister Ingrid Anticevic Marinovic, Gredelj
says that the appointing process at some courts was carried out
contrary to regulations, and stressed that he received no notice to
hand over his duty, nor a decision on the termination of his
mandate. Gredelj says that he will therefore not be able to make the
hand-over of duties at the court, announced for tomorrow.
Taking into consideration the court's dignity, Gredelj says he is
ready to leave the office in a reasonable period of time, but he must
receive a decision to that effect, as well as a decision on the end
of his mandate.
