The resolution was unanimously adopted by the Executive Committee
of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), which met in
Brussels on June 5 and 6 to discuss relations among the governments,
employers and unions from the EU, Central and East European
countries, Juric said.
Only motivation, the successful management of human resources and
clean business relations can enable competitiveness, higher living
standards, better working conditions, and health and pension
security, said Juric, who participated in the session of the ETUC
committee.
The ETUC Executive Committee includes representatives of 64
national union federations from 30 European countries, as well as
eight observers, and 22 members of branch unions.
