Mrksic did not address the press at the airport because, as his
attorney said, he does not like the publicity.
Martic told reporters he was travelling to The Hague with his head
up, that he was not guilty and that he was going to The Hague "to tell
the truth about his people after seven year and that he would not let
anyone to feel sorry for him."
Mrksic has been charged over the killing of at least 200 people near
the Croatian city of Vukovar in 1991. Martic faces trial for
shelling the capital Zagreb in 1995. Both took a flight from
Belgrade.
