Kastratovic said that technical issues regarding Martic's passport
would be completed these days. He, however, did not specify what
passport will Martic travel with.
Martic's defence attorney said the Yugoslav Justice Ministry on
Tuesday forwarded the ICTY indictment against Martic, under which
his client is charged with the 1995 shelling of Zagreb in which
seven civilians were killed and over 100 were wounded.
Kastratovic said he was "a great optimist", expressing, however, a
concern over a possibility that the Hague-based tribunal could turn
over Martic's case to the Croatian judiciary.
