The Assistant Yugoslav Justice Minister Nebojsa Sarkic said today
the ministry was still "negotiating with most of the accused."
Indictments for whose who do not report for voluntary surrender to
the Hague war crimes tribunal will be delivered to competent
district courts on Tuesday evening or Wednesday.
