Martic decided to surrender to the International Criminal Tribunal
for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) several weeks ago, after the Yugoslav
authorities called on all Hague indictees to turn themselves in.
Martic is indicted for the 1995 shelling of Zagreb. ICTY Chief
Prosecutor Carla del Ponte has stated that Martic's indictment will
be extended.
