BELGRADE, May 5 (Hina) - Yugoslavia's Milan Martic, whom the Hague war crimes tribunal has indicted for the May 1995 shelling of Zagreb, is willing to go to The Hague at once but there are still some "technical" problems surrounding
his departure, Martic's lawyer Strahinja Kastratovic told Belgrade's Radio B92 on Sunday.
BELGRADE, May 5 (Hina) - Yugoslavia's Milan Martic, whom the Hague
war crimes tribunal has indicted for the May 1995 shelling of
Zagreb, is willing to go to The Hague at once but there are still
some "technical" problems surrounding his departure, Martic's
lawyer Strahinja Kastratovic told Belgrade's Radio B92 on Sunday.

Kastratovic said the Yugoslav Justice Ministry had still not
delivered the indictment against his client, and that "procedure in
connection with the passport" was still not over.
Kastratovic is confident the UN tribunal at The Hague will drop the
charges against Martic.
"Those writing war crimes charges should be held to account because
they exiled 300,000 Krajina residents, torched their houses and
seized their property... They cannot prove that Martic committed
anything dishonourable, neither in terms of genocide nor in terms
of war crimes," said Kastratovic.
