The media have several times mentioned Prlic's alleged
responsibility for the establishment of detention camps for
Bosnian Muslims in Herzegovina when he held the office of Herzeg
Bosnia prime minister.
Prlic is quoted in the Bosnian edition of the Croatian daily
Slobodna Dalmacija of Thursday as saying he is willing to face his
possible guilt, i.e. testify about what he could have known as an
official of at first a temporary civilian body of the executive
authority and later the Herzeg Bosnia government.
