Prlic is quoted in the Bosnian edition of the Croatian daily Slobodna Dalmacija of Thursday as saying he is willing to face his possible guilt, i.e. testify about what he could have known as an official of at first a temporary civilian body of the executive authority and later the Herzeg Bosnia government.
