The party founders come from all parts of Bosnia-Herzegovina and
the party will form branches in both entities.
PROENS, its founders claim, belongs to the generation of European
popular parties which united today's Europe.
The party is against national exclusivity, but it is also against
lack of national identity, it was said at a founding assembly.
The key element of the party's programme declaration is the
building of a prosperous Bosnia-Herzegovina as a modern European
state, where civil rights, as well as the ethnic rights of the
country's constituent peoples, will be protected.
