told the Beta news agency on Saturday, but added his client had denied him permission to disclose it.

Minister Nikola Sainovic's departure to the Hague, where he has
been indicted for war crimes committed in Kosovo in 1999, has been
determined, Sainovic's lawyer Toma Fila told the Beta news agency
on Saturday, but added his client had denied him permission to

Sainovic's other legal representative, Zoran Jovanovic, said
earlier his client would go to The Hague within the 15-day deadline
the Yugoslav Justice Ministry gave Sainovic and another five
Yugoslav indictees who decided to surrender themselves to the UN
tribunal.
