PODGORICA, April 24 (Hina) - Resigned Montenegrin Foreign Minister Branko Lukovac has voiced satisfaction with a protocol on principles defining borders between Yugoslavia and Croatia, adding that "the authorities in Belgrade now
completely take into account Montenegro's interests and stands regarding Prevlaka". Commenting on the signing of the protocol on the principles of identification and establishment of the border, which also refers to the Montenegrin-Croatian border, and which the Croatian and Yugoslav foreign ministers signed in Belgrade yesterday, Lukovac told the Podgorica daily Vijesti of Wednesday that the "federal ministry" was now in charge of the issue, but that Montenegrin interests were represented by "Montenegrin experts in working groups on borders". "The most important thing is that Belgrade will not do anything without Podgorica's consent with regard to the borders," Lukovac said.(hina) rml
