ZAGREB, April 8 (Hina) - Continuing intensive social dialogue about the priority of implementing documents within the framework of the "Partnership for Development", representatives of the Croatian Government, Croatian Association of
Employers, Matrix of Croatian Public Service Unions, Croatian Association of Unions and Association of Labour Unions of Croatia conducted a working meeting on Monday when they estimated that drafts of individual documents that determine priorities in individual sectors were acceptable with the condition of a few supplements about which they would comment on in the next few weeks.
ZAGREB, April 8 (Hina) - Continuing intensive social dialogue about
the priority of implementing documents within the framework of the
"Partnership for Development", representatives of the Croatian
Government, Croatian Association of Employers, Matrix of Croatian
Public Service Unions, Croatian Association of Unions and
Association of Labour Unions of Croatia conducted a working meeting
on Monday when they estimated that drafts of individual documents
that determine priorities in individual sectors were acceptable
with the condition of a few supplements about which they would
comment on in the next few weeks.#L#
As reported by the Government's Public Relations Office, the
documents relating to payment policies ascertain the framework and
mechanisms that define short-term and long-term payment movements
in the public service and publicly owned companies, as well as
promoting payment movements in keeping with the real growth of the
GDP which guarantees protecting real employment standards.
In implementing restructuring and privatisation, solutions will be
applied that will contribute to strengthening competitive ability
within the Croatian economy along with protecting current levels of
workers' rights and company development programmes.
Social Partners, the Public Relations Office reported, adopted a
proposal to adopt a law on the ratification of the European Social
Charter.
