ZAGREB, March 28 (Hina) - Four former policemen who belong to a group of laid-off policemen who have been protesting outside the government building since last Wednesday, were brought before a magistrate's court late Wednesday
evening, Zagreb police reported on Thursday. "The protesters were arrested because they were sleeping in cars in a public place, in nearby streets, which is prohibited by the Zagreb City Assembly's decision on public peace and order," police spokeswoman Stanka Saraja said. According to Saraja, none of the arrests were made in front of the government building itself.(hina) it

magistrate's court late Wednesday evening, Zagreb police reported
on Thursday.
"The protesters were arrested because they were sleeping in cars in
a public place, in nearby streets, which is prohibited by the Zagreb
