Gojko Zivkovic was arrested along with Anto Babac and Mario
Jakovljevic last Wednesday on suspicion of having killed POW
Miroslav Subotic in June 1992 in southern Croatia.
According to an official source who spoke on condition of
anonymity, Zivkovic was released because of lack of facts
supporting suspicion that he committed the crime.
The release did not mean that Zivkovic was no longer under
suspicion, the source said.
