cooperate in the fight against heavy and organised crime, illegal drug trafficking, people smuggling, and international terrorism. Expressing concern about an escalation in all types of crime in the world, Croatian police head Ranko Ostojic said the signed memorandum would enable joint activities of both countries in preventing crime, as well as in protecting their economic, political and other interests.
