SARAJEVO, March 14 (Hina) - The authorities of Bosnia-Herzegovina have evidence that the Ljubljanska Banka branch office in Sarajevo had been transferring money to Ljubljana, therefore the bank is obliged to pay damages to its Bosnian
clients. Bosnian National Bank vice governor Kemal Kozaric told Sarajevo's daily "Oslobodjenje" that members of a Bosnian delegation at the negotiations on the old foreign currency savings, held in Basel, presented other participants with documents which confirm that the bank had been transferring the money to Ljubljana. According to him, Croatia and Macedonia have the same standpoints as Bosnia-Herzegovina, namely that Slovenia must settle the debt of the Ljubljanska Banka.(hina) it sb
