BELGRADE, Feb 11 (Hina) - Incumbent Serbian President Milan Milutinovic will not be extradited to the international war-crimes tribunal in The Hague, Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic said on Sunday. Djindjic explained the president's
special status under the Constitution and stressed as long as the president of Serbia, Milutinovic, enjoyed immunity, there would be no talks on his extradition. Asked about other indictees, including the Vukovar three (Miroslav Radic, Mile Mrksic and Veselin Sljivancanin), and those indicted for crimes in Kosovo, Vlajko Stoiljkovic, Nikola Sainovic and Dragoljub Ojdanic, Djindjic said "The Hague tribunal will not forget them.
