ZAGREB, Dec 23 (Hina) - The transfer of authority was carried out at the justice and defence ministries on Tuesday between the outgoing minister of justice, administration and local self-government, Ingrid Anticevic-Marinovic, and new
Justice Minister Vesna Skare-Ozbolt, and between outgoing Defence Minister Zeljka Antunovic and Berislav Roncevic, the ministries said in statements.
ZAGREB, Dec 23 (Hina) - The transfer of authority was carried out at
the justice and defence ministries on Tuesday between the outgoing
minister of justice, administration and local self-government, Ingrid
Anticevic-Marinovic, and new Justice Minister Vesna Skare-Ozbolt, and
between outgoing Defence Minister Zeljka Antunovic and Berislav
Roncevic, the ministries said in statements.#L#
Skare-Ozbolt was briefed about the current state of affairs at the
Justice Ministry. The serious reforms that have been launched need to
be completed by earmarking funds in next year's budget, it was said.
Antunovic introduced new Defence Minister Roncevic to her associates,
including military Chief-of-Staff Josip Lucic, and briefed him about
the state of affairs at the ministry.
Roncevic said he would continue with reforms and Croatia's drawing
closer to NATO and the European Union.
